Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must be legal residents of the Philippines.

Entry Requirements: To be eligible for the wager race, entrants must sign up using our link and make a minimum wager of 100 PHP at the participating partners’ websites.

Race Period: The wager race begins on 27 July 2024 and ends on 10 August 2024.

Winners Selection and Announcement: Winners and their prizes will be determined by their position on the leaderboard. The winner’s announcement will be made 24 hours after the race ends.

Prize Claims & Distribution: Winners must contact Rival Club via private message on Facebook to receive instructions on claiming their prize. Failure to initiate contact within 48 hours of the announcement will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes will be distributed within 14 working days.

Tax Responsibility: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Non-Transferability of Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other form of compensation, unless specified by Rival Club.

Prizes Replacement: If the winning prize is unavailable, Rival Club reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value.

Consent to Use of Data: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness by Rival Club for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, participants agree to comply with these official rules and decisions of Rival Club, which are binding and final on all matters pertaining to this wager race. Participants release Rival Club, affiliated entities, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the wager race or receipt or use of any prize.

Right to Disqualify: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry deemed to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of fair play.

Right to Cancel or Modify: Rival Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the wager race or any part of it in the event of technical failures or unauthorized human intervention, or if any other factor beyond Rival Club’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the wager race as determined by Rival Club in its sole discretion.

Disqualification for Fraud: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there is a discrepancy or mismatch in the information provided during sign up on the participating partners’ websites, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Participants agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this game show shall be exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Language and Translation: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail and be conclusive. The English version will be used in legal proceedings and for the interpretation of these terms.
